Our unique, modern houseboats are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of specific markets, and now due to identified gaps in the market, we have added the FP310 and the M350 houseboats to our portfolio. Offering the same standard of living as you would find on land, both these new designs offer the ultimate on water living experience.
The M350 is a new addition to our Marina Series, aimed at those looking for a bigger version of our ever-popular M250 houseboat. Measuring 12m long and 4.5m wide, this model has been designed to give maximum interior space, while still fitting within a standard marina berth. The new M350 gives additional living space as well as the option of a second single /bunk bedroom or office. The open plan living/ kitchen / dining area is light, airy and spacious with sliding patio doors giving access to the balconies front and rear. What could be better than spending long summer evenings eating and entertaining on the balcony, while enjoying the ambiance of your vibrant marina surroundings!
The FP310 is new to our Floating Pod range and is perfect for the holiday rental market. With a pod–like aesthetic, composite decking and pressed metal cladding to fit within a parkland environment, our floating pods are most suited to inland marinas, holiday parks and lakes. With the same overall footprint as the FP250, the accommodation unit in the FP310 is now bigger, giving additional internal living space. Instead of a perimeter balcony, it has a front and back balcony for entertaining. Sliding glass doors along the full width of the front, help create a bright airy living / dining / kitchen space bathed in natural light. The FP310 can either have one larger master bedroom, or a double and a separate single/bunk bedroom layout for families.
As you would expect, the kitchen, bathroom and other internal fittings within both the M350 and the FP310 are of the usual high Bluefield standard. However, for those who want something a little bit more bespoke we offer various alternative colour and finish options as well as upgrades to fixtures.
